In the 1940’s, famed San Jose attorney James F. Boccardo (1911-2003) began his “side business” of real estate by acquiring land in the valley. Over the years, he grew his family’s holdings into a trusted and respected real estate firm that continues to thrive since his death in 2003 under the leadership of his grandson, James Rees.
